As a citizen of this world, I was born and raised in Sri Lanka and now spent 28 years of my life in Australia, the country I joyously call my home. My profession has enriched me in many ways including the opportunity to live and work in several other countries i.e. New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore. I am multi lingual with native proficiency in English, Sinhalese and Tamil plus conversational proficiency in Cantones and Mandarin.

I live in the Northwestern suburbs of Sydney, with my lovely partner and my handsome dog!!.. I am an enthusiastic yoga practitioner and blessed to be living in a neighbourhood with happy supportive families  and many colourful birds ( a joyous gift of nature).  

My professional career has been successful, transformational and exciting

Ø  starting life as Accountant and Financial Controller working for public listed companies (Carter Holt Harvey and Elders Resources), I transitioned to sales and sale leadership working for global organisations and winning global awards and recognition consistently for outstanding results (Microsoft and Epicor)

Ø  I led and built start up technology ventures for global organisations expanding their footprint in the ANZ region

Ø   I have built small to medium businesses in Australia and mentored hundreds of small to medium business owners and directors on successful strategies to Start a Business and/or revitalise and existing business to Regain and Sustain the Winning Edge

Ø   I have mentored many career professionals… young, milddle aged, mature age, female, male … empowering them with transformational strategies to build a Dynamic Career That Works for Them!!

I am a qualified accountant (Fellow of Certified Practising Accountants, Australia (FCPA), a practicing company director (Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), executive master of business administration (Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney) and a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.
